Thank you for your interest in Loan Advisor^SM API system-to-system access for your organization. With Loan Advisor API system-to-system access, approved Freddie Mac Sellers will have the ability to access API services via a system-to-system call and response method.

To complete your registration request you must:

Have a valid Freddie Mac Seller/Servicer Number.
Be the authorized Loan Advisor API business contact for your organization.

Please allow two business days to process your Loan Advisor API registration request. Once the setup process is complete, you’ll receive an email with your Loan Advisor API system-to-system access authentication ID and password (i.e., the “Authentication Credentials, defined in the Freddie Mac Single-Family Seller/Servicer Guide ("Guide"). Authentication Credentials are tracked at the organization level, and only one set is required per organization.

As a duly authorized representative of the above-identified Seller/Servicer, I hereby certify and agree that (1) by clicking on “Submit” below, I intend to be bound by my electronic signature on this form, which shall be as binding, valid and enforceable as my original written signature on a paper original of this form, (2) my electronic signature constitutes the Seller/Servicer’s (a) acceptance of Freddie Mac’s offer to enter into the Loan Advisor℠ Application Programming Interface Limited Use Terms and Conditions (“Limited Use Terms”) logically associated with my electronic signature and agreement to become bound to the Limited Use Terms, or (b) affirmation of the Limited Use Terms, (3) the information provided in this form is true, complete and accurate, (4) as required under the Freddie Mac Seller/Servicer Guide (“Guide”), the Seller/Servicer shall protect the Authentication Credentials used to access the System, and (5) capitalized terms not otherwise defined on this form or in the Limited Use Terms shall have the meaning ascribed to such terms in the Guide.
