You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Freddie Mac against any third-party demand, claim, cause of action or other complaint against Freddie Mac for losses, liabilities, damages and expense, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of any your or your end user’s use of the Content in a manner not authorized by these terms.

If we notify you to discontinue use of the Content, you agree that you will promptly do so.
