Consent for Freddie Mac to Release and Post Seller Information

As an authorized representative of the Seller named below (“Seller”), I agree and consent to Freddie Mac’s release of Seller’s name and contact information to any Community Land Trust as a Freddie Mac Seller approved to originate and sell Freddie Mac Community Land Trust Mortgages. I also agree and consent to Seller’s name and contact information provided below being posted on the FreddieMac Community Land Trust web page on FreddieMac.com as a Freddie Mac Seller that is approved to originate and sell Community Land Trust Mortgages to Freddie Mac. Seller acknowledges and agrees that Freddie Mac in its sole discretion may from time to time add or remove approved Sellers and that Freddie Mac is not endorsing Seller as a lender by providing its name and contact information. Seller is responsible for notifying Freddie Mac: (i) of any changes to the information provided, (ii) if it no longer originates Community Land Trust Mortgages, and/or (iii) if it wants to no longer have its name/contact information released or published.

Changes to Seller Information

As an authorized representative of the Seller named below (“Seller”), I am providing updated Seller information below and I agree and consent that Freddie Mac may release this updated Seller information to any Community Land Trust or publish this updated Seller information on the Freddie Mac Community Land Trust web page on FreddieMac.com, as a Freddie Mac Seller approved to originate and sell Freddie Mac Community Land Trust Mortgages.
