To complete your registration request you must:

Once the setup process is complete, you’ll receive an email with your Loan Advisor^SM bACE API system-to-system Authentication Credentials. Authentication Credentials are tracked at the organization level, and only one set is required per Related Third Party.

As a duly authorized representative of the above-identified Related Third Party, I hereby certify and agree that (1) by clicking on "Submit" below, I intend to be bound by such act, which constitutes my electronic signature on this Form, (2) my electronic signature shall be as binding, valid and enforceable as my original written signature on a paper original of this Form, and constitutes Related Third Party's (a) acceptance of Freddie Mac's offer to enter into and become bound by the Related Third Party Agreement or (b) affirmation of the Related Third Party Agreement, (3) the information provided in this Form is true, complete and accurate, (4) as required under the Related Third Party Agreement, Related Third Party shall protect the Authentication Credentials used to access the bACE API, which is a "System" for purposes of the Related Third Party Agreement, and (5) capitalized terms not otherwise defined on this form shall have the meaning ascribed to such terms in the Related Third Party Agreement , which Agreement I have downloaded, read and shall retain among Related Third Party's business records.
