AIM API System-to-System Related Third Party Access Form

Thank you for your interest in AIM API system-to-system (S2S) access for your organization. With AIM API S2S access, your organization identified below (i.e., the “Related Third Party”) will have the ability to access AIM API services via a S2S call and response method.  This Form must be electronically signed by a Manager, Principal, Director, Administrator, Vice President, or other officer or representative of the Related Third Party who is authorized to enter into binding contracts (including this contract) on behalf of the Related Third Party (i.e., the "Binding Signatory").

To complete your registration request you must:

  • Be the authorized AIM API business contact for your organization.

Please allow two business days to process your AIM API registration request. Once the setup process is complete, you’ll receive an email with your AIM API S2S Authentication Credentials.

Certification and Agreement

By clicking on "I Agree" below, I hereby certify and agree that (1) I am a Binding Signatory of the Related Third Party, (2) I intend to be bound and to bind the Related Third Party by such act, which constitutes my electronic signature on this Form, (3) my electronic signature shall be as binding, valid and enforceable as my original written signature on a paper original of this Form, and constitutes the Related Third Party's (a) acceptance of Freddie Mac's offer to enter into and become bound by the Related Third Party Agreement accessible at https://sf.freddiemac.com/docs/pdf/forms/related_third_party_agreement.pdf, or (b) reaffirmation of such Agreement, (4) the information provided in this Form is true, complete and accurate, (5) as required under the Related Third Party Agreement, Related Third Party shall protect the Authentication Credentials used to access the APIs, which are Systems for the purposes of the Related Third Party Agreement, and (6) capitalized terms not otherwise defined in this Form shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the applicable Related Third Party Agreement, which Agreement I have downloaded, read and shall retain among the Related Third Party's business records.
