Freddie Mac is not responsible for, and assumes no liability pertaining to, any losses or damages that may result from misuse of Authentication Credentials or any other Confidential Means of Access (as defined in and subject to the Freddie Mac Single-Family Seller/Servicer Guide (the "Guide") or other user access agreement, such as the Related Third Party Agreement referenced below).
Freddie Mac Seller/Servicers shall protect their Authentication Credentials in accordance with the Guide.
Non-Seller/Servicers (i.e., Third Party Originators or other Related Third Parties) shall protect their Authentication Credentials in accordance with the Related Third Party Agreement accessible via the link below:
