Loan Coverage Advisor® has been updated to provide you with a smoother experience. We’ve added a new mortgage insurance (MI) company value “GE_ENACT” that is available for the Credit Enhancement (CE) and Primary Mortgage Insurance (PMI) user interface (UI) and search result exports:

  • CE Search UI – new MI Company available in dropdown
  • CE Seller/Servicer Search Export – new MI Company displayed in search results
  • CE Tab Updates on Loan Risk Details Page – new MI Company displayed in CE tab
  • CE Search with Master Commitment Number – new MI Company displayed in search results
  • PMI Search UI – new MI company available in search selection
  • PMI Seller/Servicer Search Export – new MI company displayed in search results
  • MI Tab Updates on Loan Risk Details Page – new MI Family Company displayed in MI tab
  • PMI Search with Master Commitment Number – new MI company displayed in search results

The Manual File Transfer (MFT) MI Monthly Report was also updated to include the new MI company value, GE_ENACT, and has two new columns to provide more information about the Collateral and Income offering types available for the MI Companies.
