The December 8, 2023, ECO® release introduces a new Home Possible Opportunities dashboard. This new dashboard provides insights into the Freddie Mac Home Possible® mortgage offering. This addition will offer lenders more value, with added insights and superior functionalities. Here’s a look at what’s new.

The Home Possible Opportunities dashboard features two views:

  • Pipeline View: Identifies applications that qualify for the Home Possible offering along with applications that took advantage of this offering (submitted as Home Possible).
  • Loan-Delivery View: Identifies Home Possible qualified/submitted loans that were otherwise delivered to Freddie Mac.
