The September 22, 2023 ECO® release introduces new features, including a new affordable field and category to its Loan Quality Advisor® dashboards. These additions will offer lenders more value with added insights and superior functionalities. Here’s a look at what’s new.

  • Collateral Offerings – New Offerings added: Collateral Offering dashboard now features 3 new offerings (ACE, Hybrid Appraisal and Traditional Appraisal) to help lenders understand the collateral offering mix on their loans.
  • Collateral Performance – Enhancements: Collateral Performance dashboard now features new functionalities to identify the type of appraisal submitted in Loan Collateral Advisor® and updated Hexmaps.
  • Loan Quality Advisor – New Addition: Loan Quality Advisor dashboard now features a new affordable field in the Loan Level Details section.
  • Partial Asset R&W Relief Eligibility Additions:: A new category has been added to the Asset Performance dashboard for applications that received partial asset representation and warranty (R&W) relief.
