Loan Coverage Advisor® is helping you work more efficiently by providing you with more information on the Loan Risk Details user interface (UI) and in the search exports so you can understand and analyze your loan-level results faster. Take a look at what’s new:

  • Implemented the Freddie Mac BorrowSmart® affordable program as a new value option for the Loan Product type field on the Loan Risk Details UI and in the Product Type column for the basic Seller/Servicer search export.
  • Added a new Product Type column for Credit Enhancement (CE) search exports with the Seller/Servicer number and Master Commitment (MC) number search. 
  • Added a new Servicing R&W Obligation Last Updating Event column for representation & warranty (R&W) search exports with the Seller/Servicer number and basic Seller/Servicer search. 
  • Enhanced the Interim Servicer field on the Loan Risk Details UI.
