The July 8, 2024, ECO® release includes several enhancements. These enhancements improve your experience with updates and action item notifications, ACE+ PDR (automated collateral evaluation plus property data report) pipeline tracking in Loan Quality Advisor® and Home Possible® opportunities. Here’s what’s new:

Loan Advisor Notifications and Alerts

You’ll now be promptly notified of updates and items needing action. Plus, the notifications will have direct links that take you right where you need to go. The new notification feature will display dashboard alerts, new dashboards and enhancements.

ACE in LQA Performance Report

ACE+ PDR eligibility is now available in the ACE in LQA dashboard. You’ll gain insight into the use of the new offering by tracking your ACE+ PDR pipeline in Loan Quality Advisor.

Home Possible Opportunities

A new field to quickly identify very-low income purchase (VLIP) loans is now available in the Loan Level Details. You’ll now have a more robust and accurate view of your Home Possible® deliveries, missed opportunities, related Exhibit 19 credit fees and high value VLIP opportunities.
