In consultation with the FHFA and in alignment with Fannie Mae, we have updated our requirements in connection to the Amended Senior Preferred Stock Purchase Agreement (PSPA) and the Revised General Qualified Mortgage (QM) Rule. Single-Family Seller/Servicer Guide (Guide) Bulletin 2021-19 specifies which mortgages Freddie Mac will continue to purchase and under what conditions those mortgages may be purchased.
