To clarify the PDF requirement for the Uniform Closing Dataset (UCD) mandate on June 25, 2018, please see the following scenarios:

  1. If a loan has been submitted to Loan Closing Advisor® without a PDF prior to June 25, 2018, and is delivered to Loan Selling AdvisorSM after June 25, 2018, sellers and aggregators will not receive the UCD critical edit when delivering to Loan Selling Advisor. It will continue to be a warning edit.
  2. Loans submitted to Loan Closing Advisor without the Closing Disclosure PDF on or after June 25, 2018 will receive the UCD critical edit in Loan Selling Advisor after June 25, 2018.

Loan has not been submitted to Loan Closing Advisor. Or Loan has been submitted to Loan Closing Advisor but received General Info red messages. The UCD is required. Please submit the UCD and corresponding Closing Disclosure PDF through Loan Closing Advisor. Critical
