Our latest enhancements in Condo Project Advisor® can help facilitate your Project Waiver Request (PWR) submissions. An improved design, look and feel of the PWR screens and a new Required Document Upload page provide you with a better user experience and help you submit waivers more easily.

Improved Navigation Eases Waiver Requests

We’ve enhanced multiple features in Condo Project Advisor related to the PWR process, so you can complete your project waiver submissions with greater ease.

  • Additional search capabilities for the navigation toolbar - Allows you to search for PWR numbers, in addition to Project Certified Submission (PCS) and Project Assessment Request (PAR) numbers.
  • New page layouts - Fields and layout of the homepage, project details page, additional project details page, category page, project waiver request summary page and waiver request pipeline page have been redesigned for a more intuitive user experience.
  • New Required Document Upload page – Through this new page, you can upload your documents in one place. This includes the HOA Full Questionnaire and other documents for the applicable category. You can check the list of required and optional documents for the applicable category displayed on the page. If applicable, a document can be associated with multiple Project Waiver Request categories.
  • Cancel Before Submission button – A new way to cancel a PWR is now available on the Additional Project Details page prior to submission. This link is only available after the PWR has been saved. The PWR status will change to “Cancel Before Submission” when you use this option.
