Authorized third-party originators* (TPOs) that sell loans to Freddie Mac-approved Sellers can now request access to Condo Project Advisor. Through this access, authorized TPOs can now gain valuable insights into whether condo projects meet certain project review and eligibility requirements before running Loan Product Advisor® (LPA®).

To gain access to Condo Project Advisor, you must be enrolled in Freddie Mac Access Manager and have an Executive with Primary or a Primary Elevated Administrator role. Review the job aid to help you get started.
*An authorized TPO is either a correspondent or mortgage broker that has been assigned a Freddie Mac TPO number.
