Counterparty Authorization
For approved Seller/Servicers that have worked with us for a while, as well as those that are new to Freddie Mac − plus our warehouse lender partners, DF&C (default fees and claims) vendors, mortgage insurance partners and other parties − after your initial certification of incumbency, we require recertification on a biannual basis.
To make the processing of related certification forms as easy as possible, you’ll find them all here on this page. They can all be submitted via email to [email protected].
