Freddie Mac API(s) Access Form

Thank you for your interest in system-to-system access for your organization. With API system-to-system access, Freddie Mac counterparties will have the ability to access Freddie Mac services via a system-to-system call and response method. The Freddie Mac APIs covered by this form include:

  • Affordable Check
  • Loan Look Up
  • Loan Limits
  • Income Limits
  • Property Insights
  • Current Mortgage Snapshot
  • Cash Settlement Purchase Statement

To complete your registration request you must be the authorized business contact for your organization.

Please allow two business days to process your API registration request. Once the setup process is complete, you’ll receive an email with your API system-to-system access authentication ID and password (i.e., the “Authentication Credentials,” as defined in the Freddie Mac Single-Family Seller/Servicer Guide ("Guide")), or Related Third Party Agreement, as applicable. Authentication Credentials are tracked at the organization level, and only one set is required per organization. PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to have separate Authentication Credentials for each type of API, you MUST submit separate API Access Registration Forms for each such API Authentication Credential.
