The Administrator(s) must be employees of the Authorizing Entities and will be responsible for adding, removing and modifying Authorized User access, roles and responsibilities to the Managed Access Tools.

Definitions: "Managed Access Tools" means the specific Freddie Mac tools identified in this Form, each of which is a System. Capitalized terms not defined in this Form shall have the meaning ascribed to them in Topic 2400 of the Freddie Mac Single-Family Seller/Servicer Guide ("Guide") and the Guide's Glossary, as applicable, or the germane Related Third Party Agreement.

Form Signatory: This Form must be electronically signed by a Manager, Principal, Director, Administrator, Vice President, or other officer or representative of the Authorizing Entity who is authorized to enter into binding contracts (including this contract) on behalf of the Authorizing Entity (i.e., the "Binding Signatory") and to identify Administrators with authority to access and use Freddie Mac Access Manager for all purposes permitted by its functionality and set forth in the Documentation, which purposes may include (a)submitting requests to add, modify, or disable access for Authorized Users, and (b) assigning user roles for each Authorized User for each Managed Access Tool. A Related Third Party’s Binding Signatory may also sign or reaffirm the prior signing of the Related Third Party Agreement, accessible at Related Third Party Agreement, by his or her electronic signature on this Form.

Note: When provisioning the External Seller Setup Manager role in Loan Selling Advisor, the Binding Signatory and/or applicable Administrator shall inform the Authorized User associated with such role of that user’s ability under such role to approve, reject or modify wire instructions in Loan Selling Advisor.
